BCVFD currently has five fire vehicles:

Engine 6110 is 2007 Crimson on an International 4400 Chassis. It has a Waterous 1500 gallon per minute single stage pump and a 1000 gallon tank. This unit responds first due to all alarms excluding brush fires in the Blounts Creek Fire District. It is equipped with 700 feet of 5 inch supply hose, 750 feet of various sized attack lines and all the needed tools for different types of fires.

Pumper/Tanker 6120 is a 1992 Grumman on an International 4900 Chassis. It has a Waterous 1000 gallon per minute two stage pump and a 1000 gallon tank. This unit responds first due to all brush/woods fires in the Blounts Creek Fire District and third due to all other calls in our district. It also responds second due on all Mutual Aid calls. It is equipped with 600 feet of 5 inch supply hose and 650 feet of various attack lines. We operate this truck as our primary tanker which allows us to carry our 2100 gallon portable drop tank on the side.

Engine 6121 is a 2006 E-One on an International 4400 chassis. It has a Hale 1,000 gpm pump and a 1,250 gallon water tank. This unit responds second due to all in district structure fires and also responds first due on mutual aid calls to our neighboring departments. It is equipped with 700 feet of 5" supply line and 750 feet of various sized attack lines. It is equipped with various types of tools for all types of fires.

Support Unit 6140 is a 2012 Ford F-550 with a 12' Pierce rescue body. It responds primarily to motor vehicle crashes but also responds as a support apparatus to structure fires. It carries a variety of extrication & stabilization equipment along with traffic control equipment. It also carries extra equipment for firefighting and scene operations..

Brush 6150 is a 2003 Ford F 350. It carries a 250 gallon per minute Hale pump and a 300 gallon tank built on a slide in unit. This unit responds as the first due brush truck to all brush/woods fires in the Blounts Creek Fire District as well as in mutual aid districts. It is equipped with 300 feet of 1 inch forestry grade hose and 100 feet of 1.5 inch light duty attack hose. Various types of wild land firefighting hand tools are carried on this unit.
